PayaSazeh Pasargad is pleased to announce the commencement of a significant new project: the construction of the new administrative building for the country’s National Tax Organization. Located on Shahid Ayatollah Madani Street in Tehran, this project marks a key development for the nation’s financial infrastructure. As the project’s construction management and general contractor, PayaSazeh Pasargad will oversee all phases of development, from initial site work to final handover, ensuring the delivery of a state-of-the-art facility tailored to the organization’s needs.
The project will feature an eight-story structure built with a modern steel skeleton. The scope of work is comprehensive, beginning with foundational operations including excavation, the installation of retaining structures, and subgrade reinforcement. This will be followed by the erection of the steel frame, masonry, and complete finishing works. Paya SazehPasargad will also manage the complete installation of all essential mechanical and electrical systems, encompassing everything from electrical networking and HVAC ducting to plumbing and drainage systems, to guarantee a fully functional and high-quality building.
