The Project Management Office (PMO) Department was established in the second half of 2021. From its inception, our primary objective has been to integrate project management systems based on up-to-date methodologies. The PMO Department consistently strives to localize modern international project management methods within the construction sector. We achieve this by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and utilizing innovative tools. This approach enables us to optimize the time, cost, quality, and resources of projects.

- Developing a Comprehensive Efficiency Handbook: Preparing a detailed handbook for evaluating and enhancing resource productivity in projects, encompassing human resources, machinery, and materials.
- Establishing a Free Information Flow Platform: Facilitating access and implementing procedures for efficient and unrestricted information flow across all projects.
- Institutionalizing Peer Review Sessions: Regularly holding peer review meetings to improve project quality and resolve challenges.
- Implementing a Quality Control System: Designing and deploying a comprehensive quality control system within Pasasazeh Pasargad Company.
- Conducting Regular Daily Stand-up Meetings: Consistently holding brief daily meetings in ongoing projects for coordination and prompt obstacle resolution.
